Refund policy

There are two different refunds. They are not the same thing, and you can receive one without the other. Both are explained here and shown again before you pay.

1 · Completion cashback — ₹1,000

WhenWithin 14 days of meeting both

This is money back for finishing. Your attendance and submissions are counted automatically in the app, and the progress bar on your home screen always shows exactly where you stand. When you meet both conditions, the ₹1,000 is sent to your UPI within 14 days.

Using a skip pass does not remove the homework requirement — the work still has to be submitted eventually for it to count toward the 72.

2 · Withdrawal refund — ₹2,999

You get backThe full ₹2,999

This is for changing your mind early. Ask us within the first 7 days, having attended fewer than 4 classes, and you get the entire fee back. After that point there is no withdrawal refund — the seat was held for you and the batch is capped at 40.

How to ask for either

Message us on WhatsApp or speak to your instructor in class. For the withdrawal refund we will ask for the UPI ID you paid from. For the completion cashback we use the UPI ID saved in your profile, so keep it current.

What is not refundable

The fee, after the 7-day withdrawal window has closed.
Anything, if you are removed from the batch for misconduct.
The completion cashback, if the attendance or submission conditions are not met. Skip passes open the next day but do not waive the homework.
